Mr. Gandhi was a lawyer. He was trained in law at the inner temple of London and was brought to the bar at law at the age of 22 in 1891. he didn't start this profession successfully and moved to South Africa. He was a politician. He urged the lower middle class and middle class to take part in the rebellion against the British rulers.

He was an activist and writer. He wrote many books to enlighten the mind of the public, especially Hindus masses.

A brief biography of Mahatma Gandhi

 Gandhi was born in a Hindu family on 2 October 1869. His father's name was Karamchand Gandhi, and his mother named Putlibai Gandhi attended university college London and inner temple. He got married to Kasturba Gandhi in 1883 and had four children named Harilal, Manilal, Ramdas and Devdas. After unsuccessful practice in the bar at law, he moved to South Africa, where he spent many years with his family and raised his family. In 1915 he returned to India, reorganized Indian peasants, farmers, and downtrodden people to show rebellion against the land text.

After being the national congress leader, he visited the whole country to eradicate the poverty violence of women's rights and build a national plan against British rulers. In 1915 Gandhi started to wear Indian made dress, which is made by local Indian labor, and the name of that dress was dhoti and shawl. He wore that dress in order to be identified as a pride Indian.

He led two movements like Dandi salt march in 1930 and quit India movement in 1942. He observed long fasts for self-purgation and political protest. Gandhi had a vision of joint India in which all the nations of India live happily, but the Muslims of the subcontinent did not want to live in the country having Hindus in the majority; therefore, they demanded a separate homeland having Muslims majority areas. In this scenario, religious, political, and ethnic riots were broken out in the country. Gandhi visited the country providing solace to people who were suffering badly. He continued observing fasts to restore peace and prosperity in his country until his death. A nationalist named Nathuram Godse assassinated Gandhi by firing three bullets in his chest in 1948.
